The AAA food handler on-line training has been a great experience! I did not know what to expect but the information provided was very helpful and left no room for questions. I felt very informed and equipped to move forward to take and pass my food manager’s certification.

The Food Manager Training Module provided very clear sessions that covered a number of important topics pertaining to food services and food management. The presenter was very clear and the short quizzes at the end of each module was extremely beneficial to learning.
